In the past I consumed porn regularly and as a musical artist it affected my ability for creativity. Motivation was also quite low when comparing to the new me. After 4 years of zero porn consumption I can confidently say the results are like night and day.

First off, the reason motivation and creativity plummets on porn is because you're constantly depleting the most powerful energy available to you. The sex drive is by far the most powerful aspect of humans.

It's like high octane fuel for your engine. Without it you're running on fumes.

Femininity is about consumption whereas masculinity is production. We produce. At a sexual level, men produce semen and women consume the semen in procreation.

This applies to every faucet of life and it's why masculinity prefers to make things and femininity likes to buy things (shopping etc). That said, in order to produce the masculine must harness his creativity and motivation.

The sex drive is the most powerful driving force of human beings. Sex drive creates everything.

The gnostics have revealed the truth about the first line of the bible which confirms the preceding statement.

In hebrew it says "In the beginning gods created the heavens and the earth". Special emphasis on the pluralization of gods.

In hebrew it says "elhim" which means pluralized gods. It does not say "el" which is masculine singular god. This is of course contrary to the english translation.

So if the word gods is plural that means gods and goddesses create everything. Thus the sex drive is the force of creation.

With that said, what you do with your sexual energy is of utmost importance. If you're engaging consistently in lustful affairs such as porn you are going down a dark path.

A path of long term suffering in intimate relationships. I went down that path for 20 years without realizing the source of the problem.

Gripped by the pull of compulsive desires every day all day. My balance was lost because those desires controlled me. It was an easy outlet for boredom and negative emotions.

Consistently I depleted my seed... this made it more difficult to maintain sufficient intimacy with my wife at the time. I was already satisfied through porn usage.

That said, I was already satisfied in general. There was no motivation to create great things or fuel myself into personal greatness.

As a songwriter I only had a few songs come together during my porn use days. And it was only in the face of challenge and frustration that those songs arose in me.

Women inspire men to give their gifts to the world. My gift is music. My wife at the time expressed her disapproval of my porn usage.

I took breaks from it to strengthen our relationship. It was during that time that the music emerged in me.

No matter how I tried porn eventually found its way back into my life. I'd turn to it when we were fighting or not having sex. It was easy medicine... little did I know it was poisoning my consciousness over the long haul.

Lust ruled me at that time and there was a lot of confusion in my mind. I was restless mentally.

This made it difficult to write songs and find creativity. In times when I used porn often there was no drive for creativity. My body felt depleted as well as my motivation.

I know the difference well enough now that I'm clean and clear of porn usage for 4 solid years. There is a fullness within me and an intensely strong energy.

The vibe in me is very much alive. Since I've been practicing self awareness for more than 10 years I know well enough the results are like night and day.

I could sit and write music at any given moment on the spot in complete sobriety. Not to mention I've been publishing articles and posting musical reels steadily for 9 months without any payment.

This is a show for motivation. I raise 4 kids single-handedly for 7 days at a time and keep the house clean. No girlfriend, no sex, no porn.

I do have several girlfriend options at the moment but I'm taking my time to find the one with the highest value. The main idea is that I'm not depleting my seed regularly. I retain it and use it as power.

This doesn't mean you have to be celibate. In fact there's a difference between masturbation and sex. Sex with real women fulfills your deepest human desire for love and also boosts your testosterone.

Porn usage and masturbation does neither. So it's a waste of your motivational energy, period.

After orgasm you're fully satisfied and feel like sleeping or just relaxing completely. There's no drive in you anymore.

I know this all too well. But now life is much different. It's night and day the difference after quitting porn.

I'm a transformed man. My vibes around women have changed and I feel a sense of confidence that I never had in the past.

That confidence stems from integrity. Alongside the confidence I also have discovered independence from the outcomes of intimacy.

I no longer feel attached to being with any particular woman. This sets me free to continue channeling my energy into creativity and fueling myself into a great life.

No matter what happens after I start talking to a beautiful woman.. if it doesn't work out I still benefit. I'm on the road of constant gain.

I am ever becoming a high ticket offer to the feminine. Sometimes I slip up after smoking pot and overindulge in eating but that's another story. And slip ups are part of being human.

Right now my creativity and motivation is at it's height. I feel unstoppable although doubts still creep in and worry but they are short lived.

Being clean and clear of porn has unquestionably offered me clarity of mind for creativity. Semen retention is also a motivational force beyond words.

I broke up with my girlfriend almost 4 months ago and haven't depleted my seed since. That said my motivation and drive remain high.

I keep my body in athletic form, musical creativity flows effortlessly and almost everything I want to accomplish gets accomplished. So how do I do it?

Unleash the Motivated Creator

1) Quit Porn

This is the most critical step to finding creativity and motivation. Without it you're at a massive loss. The process of quitting porn involves removing easy access and triggers from your life.

Out of sight out of mind is a very effective strategy for quitting any form of addiction. I've done it with sugary foods etc. It works.

Another impactful strategy is to remember why you're quitting. Remember the benefit that it will change your perceived vibration for the feminine. Thus it makes your energy more attractive rather than repulsive.

Another huge benefit to keep in mind is that your motivation is retained to put toward your physique, your mental health and build your finances.

There's an entire chapter in the book "Think and Grow Rich" dedicated to sexual transmutation. It's been known (but hidden) for a very long time in human history: the power of the sex drive.

However it's been kept hidden and porn is given freely for anybody to access. So society has become corrupt. Most men lack creativity and motivation without knowing why.

Quitting porn will put you ahead of the status quo on many levels. Inspiration for creativity flows more often without the constant bombardment of compulsive desires brought about by porn.

2) Semen retention

For as long as you're not with a woman it is best to retain your seed. Doing so motivates you strongly in your finances, physique and mental health.

As you can see there are many benefits to semen retention both physical and mental. Whenever I'm single I'm practicing this and I feel the fullness of masculine energy.

I'll go several months on end without orgasm so I retain the energy for creativity. If you look at my tiktok channel here you'll see that I sometimes share original content that comes to me effortlessly.

Other times I just record it without sharing online. The point is that it doesn't take any hard thinking. Original material just comes together like nature when you retain the sexual energy within.

3) Act upon inspiration

When inspiration strikes take action on it immediately. So when you have a creative idea it's best to write it down right away.

This is why Eminem wrote on his skin as he came up with song lyrics. When good ideas are flowing there's no better time than now to write them down or voice record them.

4) Clear your mind

The best writing happens when your mind is clear. In other words when your ego is out of the way. The ego surfaces steadily when you have a mind full of lustful pornographic thoughts.

Your ego always desires more. It's never satisfied and will keep nudging you to watch porn or do something more interesting.

Writing and creativity flows from a deeper space when you learn to observe those thoughts and let them go. People claim to get writer's block but that's a fallacy.

What they really have is an active mind fueled by their ego. It's very common.

A powerful practice to writing without thinking is to practice automatic writing. This means you take a notebook and just write for a set amount of time.. say 10 minutes.

During the 10 minutes you are just writing without thinking about what you're writing. Let the words flow without trying to make sense of them.

This is the beginning of creativity with a clear mind. You could also practice a meditation to quiet your mind before undertaking a creative endeavor.
