The Pinnacle of Attraction in the Masculine
Depth of Presence
Depth of presence is the most attractive masculine quality to a woman. It’s also vitally important fort the relationship to last.
It determines the quality and longevity of intimate relationships. Yet most people don't even know what presence means. By the end of this article you will know.
The biggest barrier to creating and maintaining attraction to the feminine is being stuck in your head. Steadily you're at the mercy of your thoughts and emotions.
You get pulled into the stream of thinking which creates suffering for you on the daily. You don't even know it because you're lost in another time other than the present moment.
Whereas women are most turned on by a man's depth of presence, men are most turned on by a woman's radiance and energy: how she moves, moans, smiles, and opens in love.
Lacking presence puts you out of sync with what feminine goddesses want most. Relationships fall apart before their time because of this very issue.
95% of men spend most of their time escaping the present moment. Thus they are out of sync with what creates maximum attraction for women.
Not only does this affect attraction but it also creates inner tension and self imposed suffering. Resisting the present moment has created much tension for me in the past.
I was always trying to get to a more fulfilling moment in life. This created inner tension for me which is inner bodily contractions. In a nutshell it was resistance to my life situation at the time.
You're tight and tense.
Always trying to get to a more fulfilling moment of life.
That exists only in the present moment.
Tune into yourself and you tune out of pain (created by thoughts alone).

I always wanted my life to improve but never accepted and appreciated it. That said I was always in a state of discomfort by trying to get somewhere other than where I was in life.
Truth is nothing in this world can complete you. There's nothing outside of you that can make you happy.
It may bring you joy temporarily but that fades as the achievement or attainment loses it's value. For example you finally buy the house you've always wanted.
After some time the house starts to present its own set of challenges and the feeling of joy fades. Joy is always fleeting when you're ruled by your ego.
The state of presence instead offers you happiness regardless of achievements, success or failure. It allows you to appreciate the simplicity of being alive.
After 10 years of practice I've finally mustered up enough urgency in me to implement proper techniques to overcome my inner tension. It came to a point recently that I lost everything: my spouse, my home and my means of income.
Challenges like this are perfect grounds for awakening to presence. If you're too comfortable there's no urgency to grow. But out of necessity the phoenix rises!
As a single parent of 4 now facing the world from a clean slate I'm awakening into my power. I've finally learned to dissipate my inner tension so that I can share it with the world.
I used to feel frustrated a lot after my separation. I resented my ex and I got angry with my kids often.
Triggers were chocolate milk spillages, smashed drinking glasses with water in them and kids fighting. My emotions would flare in these scenarios in the past.
I am now relatively unmoved due to an increased depth of presence. I show up as a stronger parent and example in family life. I now maintain peace with my ex and harmony.
Where there was once anger there is harmony. I have gratitude for this transformation because my external world is changing through my inner state.
The remedy comes back again to presence. Depth of presence is the overarching solution.
When you are present you are self aware so you no longer succumb to the ebb and flow of emotions and thoughts. You instead observe them without a sense of identity.
This allows you to self correct before you react out of anger etc. You gain a sense of self control. This dissipates problems rather than grow them out of control.
The default human state is an ego dominated state. Constantly seeking more fulfilment, never satisfied. It's a sad place because you never "get there".
So the result is a continual state of misery. You rise above this state by deepening your presence in the world. Not only does it improve your overall quality of life but it is the pinnacle of attraction for the feminine.
Depth of Presence Practices

1) Surrender
There's no achievement nor attainment to be had. Presence is not about achieving a state of mind. It's about surrendering to life as it is without conceptual thought.
Accept the present moment as it is without needing it to change. Let go of the idea of needing to get somewhere else. Take the time to sit in stillness and empty your mind of thought.
Just be. A state of peace is accessible without the onslaught of thought.
2) Meditation
Meditation can be used as a way of renouncing everything and emptying your mind. Let your thoughts come in and let them pass. Simply observe them and release them.
As you do this your thoughts begin to slow down and eventually you return to just your breath. This is the state of presence... when there is no thought. Just the breath.
3) Self observe
Over time you collect negative emotions through traumas. They become trapped energy fields within your body which can be triggered at various times.
Be aware of your inner body feelings but simply observe them. If you have tension that is ok. Just let it be while you observe it.
The idea of observation brings awareness to the area of tension which allows it to dissipate. Because tension is simply a collection of negative emotions that has taken form in your physiology.
It is weakened over time through self awareness. Simply observe and be at peace with it. This collection of emotions within is only an energy field.
As you bring peaceful observation to it, it begins to lose its power. You are at peace with it which heals it through acceptance. In the past you might have just wanted it to go away which instead creates further resistance.
This of course strengthens the energy field rather than weakening it.
Since it's collected emotion over a long period of time it may take an indefinite amount of time to dissipate it. It's best to not have expectations because that's another form of resistance.
I used this method to dissipate tension that I had for 90% of every day. It takes practice to be at peace with inner tension but every bit of effort is worth it.
Self observation also plays a major role in your relationship to others. When you observe yourself you can catch negative emotions arising such as anger before it gets out of control.
It helps to take a moment in those times before reacting too hastily. Rather than identifying with the negative emotions know that you are not your thoughts or emotions.
The real you (your soul) is simply the observer of the emotions and thoughts that arise in you. When you're unaware of your real identity you cause suffering for yourself and others continually.
This is due to believing your identity is your emotions and thoughts. In that scenario (which is common) you're a walking problem.
When you are instead self aware by observing only, you have the power to change your reality drastically.
When you're in your ego you are often reactive to life which amplifies all your problems. With self observation you are observing your ego (the voice in your head) but no longer identify with it.
This allows you the power to respond to life rather than react. You then dissipate problems as they arise. You're in a state of presence.
4) Focus only on what you're doing
When going about each day make it a practice to focus only on the task at hand. It can be difficult at first given that humans think 60-80K thoughts in a day.
It is a masculine trait to be singularly focused so rather than having your thoughts elsewhere, focus only on what you're doing in the moment. The quality of everything you do goes up considerably as you are present with those tasks.
The thing you’re doing may be important but what’s more important is the level of consciousness you bring to the doing
As you focus on what you're doing keep attention on your inner body and release any thoughts that arise. This allows you to gatekeep from falling back into the stream of negative thinking.
Your ego wants to suck you back in to compulsive thinking. It tells you that you need to be thinking of more important things.
In other words it wants to take you out of the moment to project you into the past or future. Neither of those exist.
They're only constructs of the mind. Your ego loves to keep you trapped in thought. It wants to survive through thought forms.
To stay aligned with the present moment is to release thoughts and remain with the feeling of the inner body while accomplishing tasks. This is a state of alertness that is rare in most humans.
You are accessing your deeper power (your true self--your energy identity). The voice in your head (your ego) may tell you the opposite to get you back to thinking.
Close the door to that and remain with what you are doing. The quality of your life changes through this practice.
It may seem tedious at first but every bit of effort is worth it. This is the path to save you from yourself (your ego--the thinking mind).
5) Get out into nature
Cities are overstimulating with lights, big signs, traffic and swarms of people. Typically people who live in cities are more restless because of this.
Generally those who connect with nature more often have a calmer demeanour. Going out into nature with the intent to discover calmness and inner peace accelerates the process.
Nature fosters a state of deep presence. It's conducive to inner stillness.
This is why the Buddha told his people to go out into the forest to meditate because it's a powerful setting which fosters presence. Buddha in fact found enlightenment under a tree.
There is an energy field in nature that wants you to merge with it which brings you to a state of presence. Nature is a place of calmness and peace.
When you surrender to no thought in nature you are in a state of presence. Thinking is a disease. When you are free of it you are at ease.
This state of mind is easily accessible in nature and can be brought into city life as well. Nature is just a great starting point for merging with the energy field of the present moment.
These 5 tools are solid starting points to finding and staying in presence. When you are in this state it is most captivating to the feminine.
I recommend implementing one of the practices at a time to honour the masculine in you.
The feminine is more of a multi-tasker and fairs better with multiple practices at once. If you want a feminine woman in your life it's best to practice and develop your masculinity.
